Management style. Lack of participation by workers in decision-making, poor communication in the organization, lack of family-friendly policies.

Interpersonal relationships. Poor social environment and lack of support from coworkers and supervisors.

Work roles. Conflicting or uncertain job expectations, too much responsibility, too many "hats to wear."

Career concerns. Job insecurity, lack of opportunity for growth, advancement, or promotion; rapid changes for which workers are unprepared.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Hi,
Well, Why most of the employees across organization feels and thinks always to get in to other job in other company?

Let me draft out few thoughts that always bugs in employees mind while.
1) Thinks pay is not good.
2) Thinks work culture is not cool.
3) Thinks current project got bored of f
4) Thinks Immediate lead is bad in leading us..
5) Anticipation of change...

There are lot many reasons one thinks for change but I ,rate lead of the team should play great role in the reducing attrition in oraganization. Lead generally loaded with ego’s they never understand what it impacts to other people. See, If you want to stick to some company for long time you need to feel secure n free in your mind that yes this is the place I was looking for. In our professional life we spent most of the hours at office If one not feel good naturally it drives him/her to think for other options.Then how to make team members to feel happy n comfortable?Apart form project management process .Leader should learn the art of managing people. He should try to understand some extent of their pain, need and lifestyle, attitude etc so he will get a clear idea about him/her.


Then he should stop bugging and posing to them that I am the boss & you should fear for me. Of course its natural ego. There are lot of leg pulling and rumors spreading people inside the organization who always try to spread rumors about him/her to gain control n access easily with team leads. In this case lead should not listen these people and jump to conclusion about the member .He should analyze and understand the different people mind psyche and deals with them keeping in mind of their identity. Observe the guys talent keep back him and make him to think and feel yeah I m getting recognition.Deliverables, Quality, Job Knowledge, Process Orientation, Inter – personal skills, Self – development, Personal Attributes.

These are the some of view points to rate his performance as it derived by organization standard.I , say this can be easily monitored and judge by any lead as he need to follow organizational process to identify.People management is something different one should need to think beyond process derived in the organization.Its tough and challenging job for any lead .Its art of dealing with people. Keeping in mind of organization limits.The great people management learning starts from one’s own family. Where in you have Mother, father, brother, sister etc. If you understand their needs and make them learn about your limits is huge challenge.Assume that you are earning person at home.Father and mother done with their great effort of upbringing you and whole family .Now its time for them to relax in their old age. Cherishing past life sometime.You should understand what their mind set at their age. What their lifestyle now .It helps you to deal what they want without affecting their ego’sBrother: he will be just finished college and in the verge of venturing in to professional life.You should make feel confident HERE I AM. Then guide him where to go based on in his interest .Suppose you feel his choice of inerst is wrong and not work out .you have to explain and make him understand what is best in market now .what you need to do to catch up with them.

What you need to learn to get in to the competition. Constantly doing this one day he gets success and come out of his shell phase and think naturally.Like wise there are lots of toughness in dealing with people back home .Since you are dealing with human relations who are close to your blood.If you get success in leading home .CORPORATE WORLD IS JUST CLICKWAWAY.People management in the corporate world is highly needed and greatly understanding to move on and become a great leader…
